IST Services will be upgrading the ServiceNow Telecom Catalog to a more current version (Orlando) of ServiceNow Friday, September 11th, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

The system will be up and available during this time but users may encounter performance degradation and unexpected inconsistencies during the upgrade.
