The Telecom Catalog system is experiencing connection problems to our Pinnacle billing system due to an unscheduled outage.
While customers can submit service requests without a chart-string, some features are not currently available.
Campus customers cannot change chart-strings or do subscriber re-assignments.
Telecom staff cannot close requests. Service Providers cannot update Pinnacle. Please send questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
